Every year, the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Italy attracts over 300,000 fans to Monza for one of the most exhilarating races on the European calendar. And with the race taking place in the height of the Italian summer, the sun always makes a powerful appearance.
To protect fans from more than just heat on the track, the Autodromo di Monza teamed up with LILT, Italy’s largest cancer prevention NGO, to install 10 SMOTspot sunscreen dispensers throughout the venue for race weekend.
The result? More than 40,000 racing fans used the dispensers to stay protected
